Objectives Every assignment aims to establish worthwhile, direct relationships with relevant overseas staff, regional/country managers, executives, OEM's, VAR's, or partners, while seeking to minimize the potential negative effects of cultural differences, communications, costs, and risks associated with overseas recruiting efforts.

Experience Every project is led by a TCI Account Manager with 10+ years of international recruiting experience. All of our consultants are fluent in English and German, and have gathered work experience both locally as well as overseas.

True Dual-Location, Onsite Representation We do not refer or outsource international searches to a network partner or foreign recruiting firm. Regardless of where and by whom a search is conducted, a TCI Account Manager will accompany clients during every step of the international recruitment process – locally and overseas.

Global Contacts and Reach We utilize a diligently maintained proprietary international contact database, a broad range of public and non-public sources, as well as numerous network partners and their associated contacts - both in Europe as well as the US. With local representation and affiliates in Boston, Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Munich, we are in a position to provide qualified, targeted transatlantic introductions anywhere in Germany as well as throughout the continental US. Through our sister company, Leitzmann & Grillo, we also offer overseas expansion project management (OEEPM) and a myriad of transatlantic support & consulting services.

Documentation & Accountability Our search process is transparent and well documented. Every assignment follows a multi-tiered, predefined, and mutually agreed upon set of milestones and benchmarks, significantly reducing exposure to risk and costs.
